Making your knowledge base private
Any unpublished site is a private site which is available for all users of your SupportBee account.
Password protecting your knowledge base
You can restrict access to your knowledge base with a password. Visit KB > Access Settings and turn on the Password protect this KB option. You can then share the provided password with your customers for accessing the KB.
