The email address used for replies is the 'From Address' or 'Reply-to Address.' It indicates which email address customers see when you respond to their inquiries.
Change the "From address",
Let's say you have two email addresses set up for your SupportBee account: [email protected] and [email protected]. If a customer emails [email protected], but you want the replies to go from [email protected],
- View the ticket
- In the right sidebar, select Edit under the Source box
- Select a different email address from the list.

Changing the primary email recipient
- Open the ticket
- In the right sidebar, select Edit under the Customer Profile section
- Update the primary recipient's name and email.
