Administering Billing and Plan Options

To access the billing page:

  • Select Admin from the menu at the upper left-hand corner
  • Select Billing from the left-hand menu

Changing your billing frequency

Our plans are charged on a monthly or annual basis. You can change the frequency of your payment at any time from the billing page. Selecting an annual payment offers a discount.

Switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing page. If you change frequency mid-cycle, you will receive a prorated credit for the remaining time.

Changing plans

We offer Startup and Enterprise plans, designed for teams of all sizes. Visit our pricing page for a detailed comparison of features and pricing.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, and any difference is prorated on your next bill.

From the billing page, select the plan that fits your needs and confirm the change.

Updating your payment method

To update your credit card or payment method, click the Manage Billing button on the billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your payment details.

Receipts

Click the Manage Billing button on the billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can view and download all past invoices and receipts.
