Resetting your password
Please use the Forgot Password link on the Login page. There, enter the email id that you used to sign up with SupportBee. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
Changing your password
After you log in:
- Click on your profile image in the upper left-hand corner
- Choose the 'Password' option there
- Change your password
- Click on 'Update Password'
Your password will be updated.
