QuickBooks Email Ticketing Integration

What is QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online is a cloud accounting platform used by millions of small businesses and accounting firms worldwide.
Adding the Integration
- Click on the 'Add to My SupportBee' button in the top right corner of the page.
- Choose the SupportBee account to connect.
- Authorize SupportBee to access your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on 'Add integration'.
How does the integration work?
When a new ticket arrives, SupportBee looks up the requester's email in your QuickBooks Online contacts (Customers and Vendors). If a match is found, a card appears in the ticket sidebar showing the contact's name, balance, and a link to their QuickBooks profile.
