With the SupportBee Wufoo integration, you can now funnel all your customer communication received through form submissions into SupportBee. SupportBee offers a shared inbox experience that makes the customer communication process quick and easy. Here’s a step by step guide on how to setup the integration.

Set up email notifications and Reply-to for your forms in Wufoo

To set up email notifications for the form submissions that happen through Wufoo, login to your Wufoo account and follow the steps below.

1) Click on the 'Forms' option in the top menu.

2) From the Edit dropdown, choose 'Add notifications'

3) Enter the email address where you would like to receive those notifications

4) Choose the email option for 'Set Reply to'

5) Select if you'd like emails when you get New Entries, New Comments, or both

6) Click 'Save'

Forward Wufoo’s notifications into SupportBee

The next step is setting up auto-forwarding from the email address you use for Wufoo, to SupportBee. Once you create your account in SupportBee, the email address that you set up for receiving notifications from Wufoo (in the above section) will be the one you will be adding to SupportBee to set up auto-forwarding.
