SupportBee has a powerful App Platform that integrates with a number of popular 3rd party applications. Considering how diverse our customer base is, we still receive integration requests from our customers which are not in our immediate roadmap.
Today we’re glad to announce the Beta release of our integration with Zapier. This makes it considerably easy for our customers to implement their own integrations. This release is currently available as invite only. Click here, to try it out.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a service that provides a way for non-technical users to connect two different web apps. This connection between two different apps is called a Zap in Zapier.
A Zap is made up of a Trigger and an Action. So, whenever there is a Trigger in one app, Zapier will perform an Action in another app

How to setup the integration?
SupportBee communicates with Zapier via Web Hooks. Once you’ve setup a Zap in Zapier with an application you desire to integrate with, Zapier would provide you with a webhook url that you can add in SupportBee.
Below is an example setup with Wufoo Forms:
1. Add a Zap!
2. Connect your SupportBee Account
3. Add WebHook URL to SupportBee
4. Connect your Wufoo Account
5. Select the Form You want to send the Data to, and match up the fields
6. Test your Zap
You’re all set! Now every time there is a New Ticket in SupportBee, an entry would be created in your Wufoo Form.
