Updates: Filtering Tickets, Attachments for Comments and more!

It's that time of the week again. We have some really exciting updates that should make your SupportBee experience even more awesome

Filtering Tickets in Listings

Some listings now come with filters that you can use to view specific tickets. For example in "My Groups' Tickets" screen you can now see tickets from all your groups or from a specific group. Similarly, in 'All Tickets', you can view all tickets or tickets assigned to a particular user.

Attachments for Comments

Comments are useful for sharing notes on a ticket with your team. You can now attach files to comments.

API Additions

When querying for tickets, you can use two new options - since and until. Also you can now pass user=me when fetching groups to get groups for the current user.
