Trello is a project management tool that has a very effective work flow for tasks by using lists and cards. Using this app in SupportBee, you can choose which emails can be sent to Trello as a card. Basecamp is another popular project management tool that has a different approach; it uses messages as a way to collobaratively discuss issues, and a "To Do List" as a task management mechanism. After adding this app in SupportBee, you can send emails to Basecamp either as a "message" or a "To Do List", providing easier reference to customer issues and requests. Pivotal Tracker is designed for agile development with a very a smooth workflow based on user stories. When this app is added to SupportBee, you can choose which tickets can be sent to Pivotal Tracker as a "story" in the Icebox list.
We've added a comment link feature for all three of these apps. After you send a ticket to Trello, Basecamp, or Pivotal, SupportBee will now insert a comment with a URL linking directly to the item in each app. If you have not added Trello, Basecamp, or Pivotal yet as an app, please follow one of the links below:
- Click on a ticket
- Top menu, click on "Apps", click on "Send To Trello" , "Send to Basecamp" , or "Send to Pivotal"
+ Click "Send to Trello" , "Send To Basecamp" , or "Send to Pivotal" in the edit dialog box + Scroll down to see the comment, Click on the link and this will open a tab and redirect you to the Trello card, the Basecamp "To Do List" or "Message", or Pivotal "Icebox" where you will see the email content.
