At SupportBee, we try very hard to stay invisible to your customers. However to ensure that your emails are properly delivered, we sign them as supportbeemail.com (we have setup the right DNS keys etc to make this work) and this shows up in some email clients (like Gmail) as via supportbeemail.com. We are happy to announce that you can now circumvent this by adding your own SMTP server for delivering emails to your customers. This also has the added benefit that your conversations are now completely backed up on your server.
Just to make it clear, this is an optional setting and we will keep delivering your emails without this step. This is only recommended for advanced users who want absolute control over outgoing emails. Learn more here.
