We're very excited for our feature addition this week, and we know many of you will share that excitement, because we've had many requests for it in the past. We recently rolled out the ability to share images inline with your replies, and now we extend that functionality to signatures!
When a customer receives and email, or response to a support ticket, an image in the signature can add immediate benefits. Many people associate a company with a particular brand symbol, and seeing the brand in a signature can (even subconsciously) affect how they read or perceive your email. Using an image in your signature can communicate information about your company, or about a specific person. Perhaps the most useful option is the ability to add social media icons into your signature. Rather than simple text links, use recognizable icons to get people clicking!
Adding images into a signature brings tremendous value for your users. Instead of a signature simply saying who you are, use it to show who you are with your company brand, or with any image you prefer.
Adding an image into your signature is as simple as dragging and dropping the image into the field. Simply navigate to the 'Account' at the top right, and select 'Name/Signature'. Drop the image in, or copy and paste it. And you're done!
