Over the last few months, if there is one feature request that we got over and over, it was reports. Everyone loves insightful and easy to understand reports. Therefore, we are very excited to announce that we just rolled out reports in SupportBee.
We have focused on giving you all the metrics that you really care about without drowning you in an array of options. You can see the overall tickets' count, replies' count and average first response time and get a graph for understanding the trends. Now there is even more motivation to label your tickets properly :)
If you want to get into the specifics, you can get the numbers and graphs for any agent, group or label.
What's more, we even provide an API for Reports that lets you pull out all this data and get creative with it. We would love to hear your feedback on this feature!
