The New Ticket feature in SupportBee has been getting a lot of love lately. Starting today, you can use a rich text editor to format the message when creating a new tickets from the SupportBee interface. You can also attach files to the ticket (we support drag and drop as well as a file picker). If you select the 'Notify customer' via email option, we will email the attachments along with the message to the customer.
