Since we launched last year, we have talked to a lot of our customers to find out what they liked most about SupportBee. For most of our customers, three things about SupportBee stood out when compared to other software:
- Ticket volume based pricing (i.e. not charging per agent)
- Simple Workflow and Interface
- API and Apps for customizing the workflow
