We have rolled out a few interesting Apps in the last week or two. Allow us to introduce them to you!
Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects and ideas into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process. Using our Trello App, you can create a new card in Trello based on a support ticket.
Asana is the shared task list for your team. The place to plan, organize & stay in sync. Just like the Trello App, our Asana App lets you create a new to-do item in Asana in one click based on a ticket.
Show Ticket Number
We don't love ticket numbers at SupportBee and we don't send it in emails to your customers. However some of our customers absolutely need to send ticket numbers to their customers. The Show Ticket Number App, edits the subject line of a new ticket automatically and prepends a ticket number. Now your customers will see a ticket number in the subject line when you reply to them. You can also see the ticket numbers in the interface when handling tickets.
