The "All" listing in SupportBee displays a list of tickets currently active in your desk. Today, we are shipping out improvements that split this listing into Answered, Unanswered sections like the other listings.
Partitioning active tickets by their state lets you quickly find all unanswered tickets in your desk and write back to them.
Label listings also receive similar improvements. Clicking on a label in the left sidebar will display tickets which have that label with unanswered, answered and archived tickets partitioned out into their own sections.
