Improved Support for Handling Multiple Email Accounts

This has been a busy week at SupportBee. We pushed out our new app design and we just pushed out a feature that makes handling multiple email accounts a breeze.

Until now, you could forward emails from multiple accounts but the support was limited. For example, you could not customize the name in the reply for each email address. Also sometimes the filters did not work right for emails forwarded from non google apps accounts. Today’s release fixes all this.

As you can see in the screenshot, you can now generate different forwarding addresses for different email that you want to forward to SupportBee. When you create a new forwarding address, you can specify the name that should be used when replying to the customers. So for billing@acmecorp.com, you can use the name ACME Billing and for support@acmecorp.com you can use ACME Support.

If you are already forwarding emails from multiple addresses to your SupportBee, they will keep working but to forward a new one, you should generate a new forwarding address. Here is more help on forwarding from multiple accounts.
