Improvements to Comments: New Notification Setting, Reply via Email & Auto-Refresh

We just rolled out a lot of improvements to comments (the best way for your team to collaborate on tickets internally before replying to customers). Let's go through the list

Notify of All Comments

Just like the 'Notify me of all replies', you now have an option to be notified of every comment on your desk. Just visit Account > Notification Settings to enable it.

Reply to Comment Notification Emails

Up until now you could reply to a reply notification email but not a comment notification email. Starting today, you can reply to the comment notification emails to post comments back.

Auto-Refresh for Comments

As new comments are posted, we will now automatically append them to the list if you have the ticket open in the browser. Collaborating with your team using comments just got easier.
