Even though you can add your entire team to SupportBee and collaborate with them, sometimes you need to forward tickets to people not on your desk (vendors, partners etc). You can now do this easily in SupportBee. When you open a ticket, look for a Forward Ticket option in the More dropdown. You can enter the email address (or many comma separated ones) and we will email the entire ticket (including any attachments) on your behalf.
If someone replies to the forwarded ticket, the reply will go to your email address (and not SupportBee) as you would expect with a forwarded email.
