Enabling customer reply history in the new design

In SupportBee’s previous design, reply history for an email was shown by default. Since this created a lot of clutter in the limited real estate within the reply area, we decided to make this optional in the new design. Currently the history is turned off by default. If you would like to use quoted text for inline replies, or have the history just as a reference for your replies, you can manually turn it on by visiting Admin -> Account and checking the ‘Quote text in replies’ option (Screenshot below).
