The improved autocomplete feature makes it very easy to add new email addresses in the CC and BCC fields in new ticket forms and replies.
Here are the changes you will notice:
Type a comma (,) or semicolon (;) to separate email addresses instead of clicking the ‘+’ button to add new addresses.
Delete addresses easily using delete key
Hover on the name of the person added to view the email address of the person
