One of the big things we finished working on last months was automatic spam filtering. After a few weeks of testing it with some of our customers, we are very excited to be rolling it out today to everyone using SupportBee.
Once you enable spam filtering for your emails, any email that looks suspicious will be automatically marked as spam. Tickets marked as spam can be viewed on the 'Spam' screen. If you are forwarding emails from multiple inboxes, you can choose to turn on spam filtering only for addresses where you see spam. To enable spam filtering for a forwarding address, simply edit it and check the option 'Run a Spam Filter on All Incoming Emails'. Here is a screenshot
You can also enable this option when creating new forwarding addresses. If you have any feedback or comments on the effectiveness of the filtering, we would love to hear from you.
This feature is powered by the SpamAssassin project.
