Labels is a feature that helps you organize your tickets. For example, a customer writes in and just simply loves what your company does, and how your company does it. You could create a label called "We Rock" and add it to these tickets. Now when you click on the "We Rock" label, we list all the "We Rock" tickets so you can easily create a "What Our Customers Say" page. View our help pages for more details on how to create labels.

Or for a customer complaint label this:
With UTF-8 any language can now be used to create labels. We'll create one called "Love Us" for customers who are singing you praises.
